I began my vegan journey as a result of being determined to find a way to get off of dangerous blood pressure and cholesterol medication; to become a healthier me so I would be around to enjoy my family and friends, and my love of travel - maybe that's you too!

This led me to countless nights starring at my computer screen, eating up my precious time, to find the information I needed to move forward. I became so overwhelmed with all the tons of information; I became discouraged. The only support I had was my husband who thankfully joined me on the journey, but he too was a novice.

I'd drop my head in my hands and wished there was something available that pulled pertinent information together in one place to help me and would offer me personal support to help me build by self-confidence in the decision I had made. Through perseverance and pure stubbornness, I made my way and after almost 8 years, I have never looked back.
